        •    Deposits, retainers, or event-related fees

    If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt so we can review the issue and determine if a replacement is appropriate at our discretion.

    Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


    Please note: During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended slightly. You will be notified of any significant delays.


    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Estimated delivery times (after processing) are as follows:

        •    Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

        •    Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

        •    Local Pickup (if available): By appointment only


    Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. True Mixmasters is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


    Damaged or Lost Packages

    If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

    If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist where possible but are not responsible for carrier errors.
