A bar rental is an essential component for providing organized and efficient beverage service at an event, especially when a permanent bar is not available. Portable bars create a dedicated service area that helps manage guest flow, maintain cleanliness, and present a professional appearance. As a general guideline, one portable bar is recommended per 150 guests to prevent overcrowding and long wait times.

The standard bar rental includes use of the portable bar for up to four hours of service. Please note that the bar rental covers the physical bar setup only; bartenders and bar backs are not included and must be booked separately. This allows flexibility in staffing based on the size and style of the event while ensuring the necessary infrastructure is in place for smooth bar service.
